REGISTRATION PROCESS

Boat 45ft which is needs to be registered and get radio system
- Boat owner should obtain Original Invoice from the Boat Supplier, and get it approved by Chamber of Commerce.
- Invoice should contain the size, engine and all information of boat.
- Copy of the passport copy and resident visa of the owner.
- No objection letter provide by company that Boat owner works for, or if he is property owner then provide by company from he bought. (If it’s Emaar, then Emaar to provide with No objection letter).
- Boat owner fills application regarding boat registration (should be written on Arabic language)
- UNDERTAKING application. Under this application Boat owner signs that he isn’t perform fishing or diving the restrict areas or come close to Oil fields.
- From National Authority Communication he gets approval allowed to register his boat.
- Boat owner brings approval from shop where he bought radio, which says that his radio communication is locked for radio waves except radio waves 16 and 88 which he can use.
- Application for registration his boat
- Ministry of Initial approve for name of the boat, where Ministry looking similar name, the paper will be stamped if the Ministry Initial approve won’t find similar boat name.
- Then Boat owner takes all paper to Cost Guard and get there DP number. Boat should be completed with safety equipment. Coast Guard has to checks boat for safety equipments. (Owner has to buy safety equipment)
- The number of the vessel shall fixed and clear on hull on both sides.
