REDUCING OUR FOOTPRINTOur Part for the Environment
We believe that the key to reducing our environmental footprint is leading by example and educating those around us to do the same. Thousand of people pass through our marinas every day and we aim to show them how to protect our environment the right way. Below are just some examples of what we have done so far.
‘The Pearl Pledge’
Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality and leisure business of global developer Emaar Properties and the Expo 2020 Dubai Official Hotel and Hospitality Partner, has launched a sustainability campaign, ‘The Pearl Pledge’, to conserve water and marine resources.
The Seabin Project
The Seabin is a floating rubbish bin that is commonly located in marina waters. As it moved up and down with the tide, water is sucked in from the surface and passed through a net inside the Seabin which collects any floating rubbish; displacing 25,000 litres of water per hour!
Environmental Policy

The Seabin Project
